EL CONCEPTO DE ALISTAMIENTO OPERATIVO Y SU APLICACIÓN EN LA TOMA DE DECISIONES POLÍTICAS Y ESTRATÉGICAS

Resumen
El presente artículo introduce el concepto de “alistamiento operativo” aplicable a una fuerza y su utilidad e importancia en el proceso de toma de decisiones en los niveles de la conducción.
A través de la descripción de sus etapas se configura la estructura conceptual del alistamiento, destacando la necesidad de vincularlo a la estrategia y a los recursos presupuestarios de la Defensa.
En el marco de los contenidos teóricos vertidos, se pretende efectuar un llamado de atención acerca de este instrumento de plena aplicación en la Defensa Nacional, principalmente por su utilidad en materia de planificación desarrollada en los niveles superiores de la conducción.
